Caption:
Fermilab is the only lab in the world with two neutrino beams of different energies. Neutrinos are created by smashing protons into a target and focusing the resulting particles using magnetic pulses from a neutrino horn (pictured). Those particles then decay into the neutral neutrinos, which scientists then use for various experiments. - Credit: Peter Ginter
